NEW 8FX CY95710M/770M-Series

The NEW 8FX CY95710M/770M Series is a line of products developed as general-purpose products in the 8FX family of proprietary 8-bit single-chip microcontrollers applicable as Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs). The CY95710M/770M Series can be used for a wide range of applications from consumer products including portable devices to industrial equipment. This series provides precise on-chip oscillators, single-wire debug, clock supervisors, low voltage reset as well as various peripherals. Very flexible composite timers offer functions such as pulse-width modulation (PWM), pulse-width counter (PWC), interval timer and input capture. Dual operation flash sectors together with a free of charge software API provide EEPROM functionality, thus saving external components and cost. The content of the FLASH memory can be protected from unauthorized read out. Communication modules include UART as well as I2C.
